The King’s Privy Council of the Kingdom — Ka Mōʻī ʻAha Kūkākūkā Malu o ke Aupuni serves as a trusted advisory body within the Kingdom. By Royal Appointment of the King, the ʻO ke Haʻiʻōlelo Nui serves as the Speaker of the Kingdom and the ʻO ke Leo Mua o ka ʻAha Lani (First Voice of the Celestial Council). The ʻO ke Haʻiʻōlelo Nui presides over the Celestial Council, Privy Council, and the Indigenous Council of Chief. This high office unites the sacred duties of oration, counsel, and spiritual stewardship—upholding the dignity of discourse, guiding the councils of governance, and carrying forth the Kingdom’s mission of aloha, peace, and pono across all nations.
In addition, the ʻO ke Haʻiʻōlelo Nui presides over the King's Administration Offices and the Offices of the Royal Family.
