The Responsibility of the Kauā Nui-Surgeon General and Chief of the Tree of Life Medical Centers:

The Kauā Nui-Surgeon General embodies the Kingdom’s sacred mission of healing and balance.

Through wisdom, compassion, and service, this position guides the Tree of Life Medical Centers as living branches of the Kingdom’s global ministry of wellness.

Working in harmony with the The King the Kauā Nui-Surgeon General ensures that all healing initiatives reflect the Kingdom’s highest ideals of aloha, pono, and lōkahi — love, righteousness, and unity.

Sacred Stewardship: Oversee, guide, and protect the spiritual and operational integrity of all Tree of Life Medical Centers throughout the world. Each center shall serve as a beacon of healing, education, and spiritual renewal under the authority of the Kingdom of Hawaiʻi.

Guardian of the Healing Vision: Ensure that the practices, programs, and teachings within all medical centers honor Hawaiian ancestral healing traditions while embracing enlightened global wellness practices. Preserve the balance between cultural authenticity and innovation in the service of life.

Coordination and Governance: Work in unity with The King and other esteemed members of Privy Council to align the mission and operations of all centers with the Crown’s directive. Maintain coherence and accountability across all branches of the Tree of Life network.

Advisor to the Crown: When called upon, counsel the King and other esteemed members of the Privy Council on matters of health, healing, and wellness policy. Provide insight on the integration of ancestral and modern healing systems to ensure the well-being of both people and planet.

Cultural and Spiritual Leadership: Preside over ceremonies, initiations, and educational programs within the Tree of Life Centers that honor the sacred relationship between humanity and creation. Uphold kapu aloha — sacred compassion — as the foundation of all healing service.

Ambassador of Aloha and Restoration: Represent the Kingdom of Hawaiʻi in global dialogues of wellness, environmental care, and spiritual healing. Promote peace and harmony among nations through the living principle of Kumuola — the eternal Source of Life.

Spirit of Service: The Kauā Nui-Surgeon General shall be a person of deep compassion, wisdom, and humility — one whose life reflects the healing breath of aloha. Through devotion and integrity, they serve as a living channel of divine healing and the Kingdom’s sacred commitment to restore balance and vitality to all beings.
