The King’s Administration Office serves as the executive and administrative headquarters of the Kingdom of Hawaiʻi, operating under the direction of His Majesty King Edmund Keliʻi Paki-Silva II and the Aliʻi Manaʻo Nui (High Chief Advisor and Royal Chancellor).

This office coordinates all royal governance functions, oversees the operations of the ministries and Crown departments, and ensures that the policies and directives of the King are carried out in alignment with aloha, pono (righteousness), and mālama (care).

Acting as the central hub of royal administration, the King’s Office upholds the constitutional, diplomatic, and executive responsibilities of the Sovereign — maintaining the dignity, efficiency, and integrity of the Hawaiian Kingdom’s governance.

Structure and Functions: Office of the High Chief Advisor and Royal Chancellor (Aliʻi Manaʻo Nui)


Serving as the chief advisor and executive steward, the Royal Chancellor oversees all royal governance offices and ensures that the administrative and ceremonial operations of the Crown are carried out with order, accountability, and cultural balance.


This office advises the King on all matters of policy, governance, and diplomacy, preserving the unity between traditional Hawaiian leadership and modern administrative systems.

This division manages the daily operations of the Kingdom’s government, including coordination between Crown authorities, ministries, and island governance.


It ensures effective policy execution, maintains official records, and supports the King and Royal Chancellor in the administration of state affairs.

Office of Legislative and Policy Affairs

Advises on the development of laws, royal decrees, and constitutional policy within the Kingdom’s framework.


This office supports the drafting of legislation, inter-ministerial coordination, and the review of governance procedures in accordance with royal directives and national priorities.

Office of Diplomatic and International Relations

Handles official communications, state correspondence, and relations with foreign nations, institutions, and allied organizations.


It represents the Kingdom’s sovereignty and ensures that diplomatic engagements reflect the honor, neutrality, and values of the Hawaiian Crown.
