Aloha, as the Royal Director of Protective Services for The Hereditary King, HRM Edmund Silva II and the Kingdom of Hawaiʻi.


I am retired police officer with over three decades of professional public service also in the private sector; ranging from Law Enforcement, Basic Academy instructor, and Executive Protection. I possess a degree in Homeland Security/ Information Technology, along with multiple other professional certifications relating to critical infrastructure, working with multiple agencies and entities.


I devote my expertise, knowledge, and skill set to the protecting HRM Edmund Silva II, the Sovereign Kingdom of Hawaiʻi, and for all protective/security aspects that are under the governance of The Hereditary King HRM Edmund Silva II.

To stand vigilant as guardians and protectors of His Royal Majesty Edmund Keliʻi Paki-Silva II, the Royal Family of Kingdom of Hawaiʻi Hawaiian Constitution. Along with the Enforcement of the laws of the Kingdom of Hawaii and Royal Decrees for the entire Hawaiian Chain of Islands, known as the Archipelago, which is under protection of His Royal Majesty Edmund Keliʻi Paki-Silva II.

Which is a matter of making pono — making things right before God, correcting wrongs, and bringing restoration and healing to the Kingdom, its people, and the world.

Royal Office of Protective Services acts as both a protective service and a kingdom-wide security regulator, integrating personal protection, intelligence, operational security, emergency management, ceremonial security, specialized institutional safety, and local law enforcement oversight. It ensures that every ministry, office, public institution, and national event operates under coordinated, high-standard security protocols.

Direct protection of the King, royal family, and visiting dignitaries.
